Lukas Wronski is an accomplished violin maker,
musician and artist. His fine arts experience in violin
making, music and painting has been varied and
distinctive. He was born in Limanowa, Poland, in a family
with a long music and artistic tradition. Since childhood
Lukas had studied music
and fine arts with a solid record of academic achievement.
He started playing the violin an early age and he became
interested in violin making
at the age of 13, when he started practice in violin-making
atelier. He graduated from the A. Kenar's
College of Arts in Zakopane,
Poland and gained a Master of Arts degree with honors as
an outstanding student from the I.J.
Paderewski’s Academy of Music in Poznan, Poland,
the faculty of artistic violin making. Apart from that he
gained hid degree in violin making, music, violin making
teaching, fine arts and cultural
management he has apprenticed and worked in distinguished
ateliers of violin making in Cremona, Italy –
a renowned center for violin making
in Europe, in addition to cities throughout Poland,
London in England, and the United
States. Lukas has participated in a myriad
of international
violin-making competitions and exhibitions in Europe and
the United States and received high marks of
recognition for his instruments.
His instruments have received many awards and have been
appreciated by many great musicians. Lukas fashions
violins based on classical models of the
old-world masters as well as designing his own
distinctive creations including violins inspired by the
Venus de Milo, Perseus and now his newest creation,
The Spirit of
Oklahoma, which was recognized as an Official
Oklahoma Centennial Violin. Most recently he has
included the construction
of 5-string violins for the
unique sounds they produce. He is an accomplished
musician who has performed with various music bands.
In addition as an artist-painter, Lukas has taken part in
numerous exhibitions in Europe and the USA. As a
performing violinist and accomplished artist,
he is qualified to create violins with a unique fusion of
music and art, making them as visually evocative as they
are acoustically dynamic.
The most important element is to
achieve the best quality of sound and artistic expression
producing the perfect beauty of the instrument itself.
Lukas Wronski currently creates in Limanowa in Poland.

Society of America and the Polish
